Sheryl-Underwood
Sheryl Underwood is an American comedian, TV host and actor best known for hosting the popular daily talk show The Talk. She was raised by Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl has an extended family with a lot of problems. She spent most of her young life caring for her sister Frankie who was afflicted by an illness called polio. While she was growing older she had numerous arguments between her mother and father. Sheryl says that at one point her mother cut her dad for being too close to him. Following her college graduation Sheryl joined the military. However, her interests lay in comedy. She was the first female winner of the Miller Lite Comedy Search in 1989. She launched her TV job in the year 1992, being a regular comedian on HBO's comedy show Def Comedy Jam. The show was hosted by her Oh Drama! in 2000. In 2011, she began participating in The Talk as co-host. In addition, she has a fictional role in shows like Bulworth Nikki, Bulworth or Beauty Shop.
