Mena Alexandera Sulvari is an American model as well as actress and fashion designer. Born on 13 February 1979. Shortly after beginning her career as a model she soon moved into acting, after starring as a guest on 90's programs on television like Boy Meets World and High Incident. Her film debut came in the thriller film Nowhere. Her performances were in American Beauty, for which she earned a BAFTA Award nomination and American Pie made her the focus of a wider recognition. She was a co-star with American Pie's co-star Jason Biggs in Loser (2000) in addition to playing the main character on the screen in Sugar & Spice (2001). The film also featured her in the independent drama Spun and the 2004 horror feature Trauma. In 2004, she appeared on HBO's drama Six Feet Under. She received nominations for the Screen Actors Guild Award in 2005 as part of the Outstanding Ensemble.
